WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Manager, you will be scaling a world-class team, working closely with our customers as a thought leader, shape & evolve consulting delivery offerings, and drive new business with your sales partners.  You will bring the energy and expertise to inspire our customers and influence Box Consulting's strategic direction.  You will lead teams of varying levels of experience, thrive in dynamic & cross-functional environments, and enjoy achieving results thru engaging directly with our customers.

WHO YOU ARE

You have solid people management experience, including hiring, onboarding as well as cultivating professional development opportunities as part of performance management functions 6+ years service delivery experience in technology A firm understanding of how services and project delivery impacts financial performance with regard to individual utilization and revenue realization Works autonomously with limited guidance - Strong sense of urgency for customer issues. Comfortable leading larger teams including cross-functional members Work closely with sales teams and industry managing directors to effectively develop clear and successful GTM strategy Accurately forecast and effectively manage resources against revenue, pipeline, and bookings targets Apply leadership acumen and operational excellence to tracking, forecasting, and closing pipeline Pipeline generation and qualification, employing varied techniques, demonstrating creative, resourceful and committed approach Regularly interacts with and influences senior management, other functional areas such as Customer Success, Support, Sales and/or external parties Focuses on maximizing customer delight and outcomes in all conversations across Box; consistent advocacy of customer experience cross functionally with all levels of leadership  Assess business needs, document requirements, provide estimated effort and create contracts (SOWs, Change Orders, etc.)

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

2+ years of management experience 2+ years of consulting sales experience Experienced working with SI and Reseller partners to co-sell services Direct familiarity with a quota-carrying role, either in a management or individual contributor capacity Background in SaaS, ECM technologies, AI or Software engineering
