Overview We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of Smoothie King by playing a key role in the development, evolution, and management of our marketing window activation plans and organic social media strategy. This role is responsible for integrating key activation plans across all channels, and managing the strategy and day-to-day execution of organic social media including influencers and ambassadors. Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support Smoothie King’s mission and vision to be an integral part of our guests’ healthy and active lifestyle. Ensure all marketing strategies and tactics align with brand guidelines to deliver ongoing brand awareness. Cultivate and lead day-to-day brand activation activities, bringing innovative thinking to tactics and integrating across all communication channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Apply expertise in communications strategy and planning, social media strategy and content creation, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining a strong work ethic, a supportive approach, and the highest level of professionalism. Drive social media strategy to support overall brand goals and KPIs. Manage the day-to-day execution of the social strategy supporting key initiatives including major marketing window campaigns, activation, partnerships and test programs. Manage the social media agency related to ongoing deliverables for the social media strategy. Serve as the in-house social media expert, including ambassador and influencer relationship management. Leverage data, insights, and measurement tools to evaluate potential influencers and ambassadors pending key marketing goals. Act as a liaison with cross functional teams, including R&D, Partnerships and Legal, for social or brand-related shoots featuring products Manage existing strategic partnership relationships to ensure compliance with requirements related to social, email and website content support. Responsibilities Motivated professional focused on strategic communications and social media bringing experience across multiple brands. Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong organization and project management abilities. Deep understanding of current trends in the health and fitness space. Expertise in developing, executing, and evolving social media strategies to align with business goals. Skilled at developing networks, building alliances, and engaging in cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders. Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and work independently, while also collaboratively across multiple organizational departments. Proven experience working with key internal and external stakeholder groups, including leadership. Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, required. Minimum of 4 to 6 years’ of progressively responsible and relevant experience working in marketing/communications, public relations, or another related field. Experience serving as key point of contact on strategic relationships. Advanced computer proficiencies in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software including CRM systems. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the QSR or food & beverage industry. Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
