A key member of the Tate’s Marketing Team within Mondelēz International, the Manager, Brand Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Tate’s brand awareness and support brand equity programs. This role will act as an expert in social media, influencer marketing, PR, events and overall brand content, leading projects that drive brand awareness and affinity. The Manager, Brand Marketing Communications will also partner with the Director, Category and Commercial Marketing and Omnichannel Marketing Manager to support brand design projects, including shopper marketing/advertising content and packaging design.

 

How you will contribute

Manage Tate’s social media strategy and execution, including developing a social media content approach that fits within Tate’s brand positioning, managing agency and content production partners on community management and content creation

Lead Tate’s influencer marketing strategy and execution, partnering with social influencers to support larger brand marketing and retail/shopper marketing programs

Manage Tate’s PR and events programs, including partnering with Tate’s PR agency to execute earned media and event activations designed to drive brand awareness and affinity

Support cross functional sales and marketing partners with digital content needs in partnership with agency partners to fuel business growth with consistent brand equity and positioning, including shopper marketing and advertising content, web site content and in store signage and packaging

Support marketing leadership in developing annual marketing plans and go to market activation for new product launches

Partner with the category and commercial marketing team to measure effectiveness of A&C activity, reporting on insights and optimizing programs based on data

Monitor and report on industry, digital/social and consumer trends that could inform new innovation, go to market plans or overall brand AC plans

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

Minimum of 5 or more years in CPG Marketing or Lifestyle Brand Marketing, ideally with experience in food & beverage

Consumer centric with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends

Extremely strong creative and analytical skills, coupled with ability to turn data into actionable insights

Experience in both smaller entrepreneurial and large corporate environments

Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and lead cross-functional projects

A desire to drive Tate’s future and purpose and to accelerate your career development

15% travel may be required to Long Island NY, East Hanover NJ or to key stakeholder meetings or strategic offsites

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
