Main Tasks:
- Represents the needs of a region within the BU /Verbund Businesses team for projects/initiatives.
- Aligns regional requirements with global team for example to maximize use of best practices, process improvements, increase efficiency etc
- Understand the relevant process requirements and IT tools of the specific process and support their implementation within BU
- Close exchange with BU global Process Expert ( Single Point of Contact)
- Act as a change agent in the user community as well as represent the BU in a global community
- Represents first level of user support for questions regarding processes and applications/systems
- Support User Community, understand their challenges, drive improvement measures


Requirements:
- Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business management or equivalent
- Working Experience:
o A minimum of 5 years’ experience within supply chain area and process improvement, using IT tools
o As power user or project coordinator role in at least 2 end-to-end project experience in IT tool implementation, prefer SAP HANA or other ERP tools.
o International team working experience with English language skill and cross-regional communication.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of process in one or two of below area
o Order to invoice, transportation management, planning and manufacture execution, procure to pay, quality management, master data, etc
o Process design/ process excellence/ process improvement skills
o Project management skills, especially change management and stakeholder management.
o Good understanding of IT landscape, e.g. S/4 HANA, OMP, EDL, etc
o Operational working experience in supply chain, sales, customer service is a plus
- Soft skills:
o Analytical thinking for structured recording and description of process requirements.
o Conceptual design of process and digital systems.
o Strong communication and collaborative skills (with respect to technical experts, upper management and cross regional teams)
o Basic trouble-shooting and creative problem-solving
o Fluent English and Mandarin.
