To supervise and mentor all work practices related to Agency Fundamentals, Risk Management and Internal Audit, working closely across functional and departmental with frontline (agency leaders), mid office (ARD and LDC colleagues) and back office (operations staff and regional office).
To monitor and supervise management practices and controls to ensure effectiveness of risk management, compliance and regulatory governance, and address any risk, audit and control issues where necessary.
Act as a country representative/champion and liaison with Regional Office on all matters related to Agency Fundamentals and Market Conduct Monitoring Program.

Monitor and supervise agency practices under Agency Market Conduct, Sales Process (Needs Based Selling), Recruitment, and Training, etc. Includes maintaining list of relevant operating guidelines.Coordinate with Agency Operation, Sales/Agency Office and other related stakeholders on the implementation and process management of the work practices under Market Conduct Monitoring Program and Agency Fundamentals.Develop detailed work procedures and respective manuals for proper and effective implementation of the work practices to address any market conduct concerns and risk/control issues.Perform field monitoring and data analysis to monitor management requirements and investigate concerned cases under Agency Fundamentals, Market Conduct Monitoring Program, Risk Indicator Monitoring and Red Flag reports (including regular monitoring of industrial recruits social media activities).Investigate and resolve in a timely manner any suspected non-compliance cases/incidents related to agency.Attend and present agency quality related issues at all relevant management meeting (including quarterly Risk Management Committee (“RMC”), regular monthly/quarterly internal meetings etc)Act as Business Contingency Planning co-ordinator for the departmentJob Category:
