The Manager, Business Development Representative Team will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Kastle Systems. This role will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of BDRs. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to BDRs. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. Sales Process Management: Oversee the BDR sales process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals. Develop and implement sales enablement programs and tools to support the BDR team. Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Represent Kastle Systems at industry events and conferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience managing a sales team, preferably in the security or technology industry. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and negotiating. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
