Title and Summary
Manager, Business & Market InsightsThe Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights organization in North America. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation. This team is accountable for ensuring North America portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
Overview
This regional product management role for the Business & Market Insights team for North America focuses on the Advanced Analytics product suite. Responsibilities include:
•\tLead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI and analytical based products.
•\tDrive the planning, coordination, and implementation of product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and customer success to ensure seamless product integration and a cohesive customer experience.
•\tChampion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are positioned effectively in the market. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategies.
•\tTake ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance.
•\tConduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making.

•\tBachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, information systems or a similar field.
•\tPassion for applying data insights to drive innovation and better business decisions.
•\tAbility to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency.
•\tStrong analytical skills.
•\tUnderstanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs.
•\tAbility to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
•\t Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven.
•\tAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
•\tExcellent relationship building skills; able to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across multiple business functions.
•\tProficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
