We are now Hiring for “Manager - Supply Chain Operations” role at Bangalore location.
The Primary role will be to own, lead and manage a team that focuses on Product Supply Chain - Returns Physical Claims, reconciliations and follow-up. You will be responsible for operational success and delivery excellence, strategic alignment and integration of various activities. You will be applying advanced subject matter knowledge on supply chain and execute operations with excellence. You will also thrive with new challenges, seek to disrupt the status-quo and excited about creating what’s next. You need to be able to communicate at all levels of management from individual contributors to executives and explain the operational execution, execution of projects, determine priorities, scale and trade-offs. You should also understand supply chain operating model and its process structure of Plan / Source / Make / Deliver / Return to develop cross organizational solutions that provide insights and enable decision making to their stakeholders.

Overall experience of minimum 18-20 years with major focus on Supply ChainTypically 7-9 years of people management experience in large global teams and / or organizationSuperior knowledge of various supply chain processes – Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Returns and strategy requirementsSolid understanding of SAP and possess the ability to focus on day-to-day operations and support where required in Physical claims, Logistics, and Order management processes.Specific experience in S4, Payment reconciliations, forward / reverse logistics flows, procurement flowsProven track record of growth mindset leaderAdvanced strategic thinking skillsMust have proven quantitative analytical abilities and process improvement experience in Supply chain arenaProven experience in application of various supply chain policies, practices and systems / toolsAdvanced ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities and drive initiatives in a cross functional multi-cultural environmentAdvanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.Superior ability to develop / transform business processes and enabling tools that impact supply chain goals and objectivesAdvanced ability to build forward thinking partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) to partner and collaborate across geographies and management / executive levelsAdvanced program management and prioritization skillsExcellent leadership, management and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, conflict resolution, performance management, budget planning, problem solving, valuation and employee engagementStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (expert level in Excel, advance level PowerPoint)Vocal in challenging “business as usual operating models” and recommending innovative processes / solutions for services supply chain domainAbility to manage human capital in a virtual and global environment to drive workforce development and achieve desired results“Manager – Supply Chain Operations” accountabilities and responsibilities include not limited to
