Assists teams of key contributors in analysis, design, certification, testing, implementation and documentation. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities, leading teams or projects with shared expertise. Responsible for ensuring end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and supporting processes into daily operations. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives and contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Manage full life cycle of multiple systems by preparing project plans, allocating resources, prioritizing projects and tasks, consistently monitoring and reporting project status and timelines and ensuring adherence to project specifications. + Cultivate and maintain business relationships, using strong communication and interpersonal skills. Identify customer needs and define requirements for proposed suitable solutions. Presents concepts and technical information in common terms. + Serve as primary liaison and escalation point to users, business partners, other internal stakeholders and third party software vendors. + Coordinate solution design activities and implementation strategy with development team and stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to project specifications. + Work with Business Partners and Vendors when developing technical requirements, design, and status regarding production issues. Log, maintain and review defects; mitigating with responsible parties. + Prepare, monitor and communicate level of effort estimations, milestone timelines and routine status updates. + Develops and defines methods and procedures for unit test cases and deployment readiness, testing and rollout support. + Assist in preparation of user documentation and training as needed. + Works within project specifications to meet goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner; escalates issues and risks as appropriate. + Build and nurture a development team, providing clear directives, feedback specifications, prioritization and timelines. + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
