The Manager, Business Sales & Operations will lead in business sales to effectively implement processes, ensure strong customer focus and achieve business goals. They will maximize company sales growth and profitability by managing our business sales vendor relationships.

This is a Hybrid role based out of our Northbrook, IL Corporate Headquarters, and will be an Individual Contributor position. 


A day in the life as a Manager, Business Sales & Operations…

Partnering with many Teams (i.e. Marketing, Merchandising, Web Development/ Technology, Customer Care, Finance, Supply Chain, Stores) to increase Business SalesOverseeing/ coordinating PO placement and management process Managing contract grade testing process (BIFMA)Updating, maintaining and posting trade/ business sales policiesReporting on Sales

Bachelor's Degree in business or the equivalent preferred5+ years experience in management and working in a Professional Services and/or Sales organization, driving operations, efficiencies and KPI’sExperience with analyzing dataEntrepreneurial, scrappy attitude and willingness to 'roll up the sleeves and get things done'
