This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Manager Business Travel Sales - Mexico, you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Hilton Worldwide Sales Team - Mexico team reporting to Managing Director of Sales – Hilton Worldwide Sales CALA, you will focus on building positive partnerships with the Mexico-based decision makers of Global BTS & Strategic Corporate accounts.

You will be committed to improving revenue and growing Hilton’s market share and you will also assist your Global counterpart in the facilitation of the annual RFP process for your assigned accounts. You will educate both hotels and brand representatives on the assigned account roster to help cultivate customer business. You will be the main contact for the assigned account roster, keeping both hotels and brand representatives informed about assigned accounts, and will maintain relationships with assigned accounts with the goal of improving revenue and increasing market share in Hilton hotels in the Caribbean & Latin America.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nPresent sales pitches to clients with complex needs across multiple areas of the business, providing an overall solution approach.\nCommunicate hotel promotions with a high degree of ease to support client needs.\nAnalyze industry trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses. You will incorporate industry and client analyses into the forecast and future client needs.\nUtilize sales growth techniques to increase revenue and improve client total brand usage.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with accounts.\nSupport overall account planning for your region's strategy to facilitate growth.\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nCollaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists around the world and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions.\nRepresent Hilton Worldwide and with leadership in FAM trips, travel, and domestic trade fairs and events meaningful to our market.\n\n

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

\n\nAnalyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses and incorporate industry and client analyses to forecast future client needs.\nOversee the account management and account development for a roster of accounts that is segmented vertically and within the country of Mexico.\nAchieve revenue targets and sales competencies.\nMaintain GSE / Salesforce records, including call reports, meeting profiles, and history.\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nFive (5) years of work experience in Hospitality.\nSpanish and English fluency (oral and written)\nProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Web-Ex, MS Teams and Zoom\nNegotiation and sales skills\nTravel up to 30 %\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\nBA/BS bachelor’s degree\nFive (5) years of direct business transient sales experience for a corporate office representing numerous brands, hotels, and selling groups.\nExperience in Delphi or similar property sales management system\nExperience using Salesforce & MicroStrategy\n\n
