As a Bank Manager responsible for Resolution & Recovery Planning, you will be responsible for contributing to the development, maintenance, testing and execution activities of the bank’s resolution and recovery plans, ensuring full compliance with FDIC and other regulatory standards. This position requires experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and an understanding of financial institution operations. The position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director – Bank Resolution & Recovery Planning.
Key Outcomes:
+ Strong understanding of FDIC resolution planning, the FDIC’s Insured Depository Institution Resolution Planning rule, the Dodd-Frank Act, and related regulatory requirements
+ Experience with processes in Workiva used for the coordination and administration of resolution and recovery planning.
+ Contribute to the development, review, and submission of the bank’s FDIC resolution plan, ensuring all regulatory deadlines and requirements are met
+ Work with the Director, Resolution & Recovery Planning to contribute to the development of Resolution Planning testing and the Bank’s Recovery Plan
+ Coordinate and perform testing to assess the viability of resolution and recovery plans for an orderly recovery or resolution in the event of financial distress
+ Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments (finance, risk management, treasury, legal, and operations) to gather critical information, develop strategies and assess the ability to provide the information, data and analysis underlying the full resolution submission in accordance with regulatory requirements
**What you have**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Strong understanding of FDIC resolution planning, the FDIC’s Insured Depository Institution Resolution Planning rule, the Dodd-Frank Act, and related regulatory requirements
+ Experience with processes in Workiva used for the coordination and administration of resolution and recovery planning
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 5+ years of experience in banking, regulatory compliance, risk management or a similar area within the financial services industry
+ Proven organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting complex regulatory information to diverse audiences
+ Strong collaboration, partnership and influencing skills, ability to effectively contribute to a team

CO Salary Range: USD $73,100 - $149,400 / Year
