Who are we looking for?A Campaign Manager responsible for developing and implementing top-notch brand and demand campaigns across multiple channels. This position demands excellent team and project management abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a deep enthusiasm for crafting compelling customer experiences that lead to conversions.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Lead a team of campaign specialists in building and optimizing smart multi-channel campaigns.Provide the team guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure campaign success.Campaign Development and Optimization:Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.Oversee and optimize global email calendar.Monitor campaign performance in real time, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.Strategic Planning and Recommendations:Actively participate in integrated planning processes.Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Continuous Learning and Innovation:Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and results.Implement innovative strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing activities into overall campaign strategy and execution.Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to inform, collaborate, and fine-tune campaign design, execution, and adaptation.SEO/PPC Strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization:Partner and collaborate with the digital team on an aligned SEO/PPC strategy and conversion rate optimization experimentation.Shopper Journey Mapping and Strategy Planning:Map smart shopper journeys to move people from awareness to purchase to advocacy.Extend customer journey mapping to media, content, campaign strategy, and outcome (KPIs, etc.)Quality Review:Review the campaign team’s work and reporting and confirm alignment with the plan.Flag and correct any issues found during review to ensure smooth launches and clean data. Test-and-Learn Strategy Implementation:Create a data-informed approach and manage a test-and-learn strategy across channels to drive higher engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Necessary Skills and Experience:5-7 proven years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.2-3 years of team management experience in a matrix global organization is desired.Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track campaign performance and ROI.Experience in budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with marketing platforms for lead management and attribution is desired.
