**Job Summary**
Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to coordinate the end-to-end capital stress test process, capital plan, and associated governance. Maintains the firm-wide stress test calendar identifying key dates, activities, and owners. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of being exceptionally well-organized, a self-starter who works efficiently to meet tight deadlines, and someone who recommends solutions to complex problems.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Manages and coordinates primary elements of the firm-wide capital stress test including working group meetings, key dates, activities, owners, consolidation of results, and challenge process, in addition to other relevant governance elements.
+ Manages and coordinates completion of the capital plan, including supporting documentation, ensuring key components are completed in a timely manner (i.e. sources and uses of capital, planned capital actions, changes to business plan impacting capital adequacy, capital policy).
+ Assists Finance leadership with planning and executing strategic initiatives, with a focus on capital stress testing and the capital plan.
+ Manages and coordinates research, analysis, or other activities performed in response to challenges raised during the stress test or to resolve unusual or irregular issues relevant to the firmwide capital stress test or capital plan.
+ Assists with requests from Risk Management, Internal Audit, and regulators.
+ Prepares analyses and reports for the RJF Board of Directors and management committees.
+ Stays abreast of evolving regulatory requirements.
+ May be responsible for the oversight and management of direct reports.
+ Identifies and recommends process improvements to increase efficiency.
+ Assists in training others.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Knowledge of**
+ Advanced concepts, practices and procedures related to planning and project management.
+ Specific subject matter expertise regarding area of responsibility and a solid business understanding of Raymond James products and services.
+ Fundamental concepts of financial markets.
+ Financial risk management and mitigation strategies to support sound financial planning.

+ Coordinate complex projects, ensuring details are executed effectively and in a timely manner, while maintaining a firm grasp on the big picture.
+ Stay organized throughout the project lifecycle, effectively working with stakeholders throughout the organization to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Gather and analyze financial information to identify key trends, risks, and insights. Analyze issues, evaluate alternatives, develop proposals, and present recommendations.
+ Use Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and creating financial forecasts.
+ Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
+ Make independent decisions and solve complex problems.
+ Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.
+ Proactively address issues and develop solutions.
+ Reengineer existing processes and implement process improvement initiatives.

**Education**
Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance
**Work Experience**
General Experience - 3 to 6 years
**Certifications**
Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
