Job Summary

The Manager, Change Management reports to the VP People Solutions and is responsible for developing a communication and change strategy for the global HR team in conjunction with our HR Transformation project.  They will also be responsible for the people side of the change, including guiding employee through the changes to business processes, systems, and technologies.   

 

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage an integrated communications strategy, defining audiences, timing, and communication channels and messaging in accordance with the HR Transformation project. Ensures consistency and clarity of messaging to team members from various stakeholders throughout the organization -- Human Resources and senior leadership. Collaborates with business leaders to define the most effective communications strategies and tactics for delivering key messages to internal audiences, including the development of communication plans, schedules and content. Produce high-quality content for internal channels, including newsletters, emails, videos, and SharePoint. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational objectives and facilitate successful transitions. Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding upcoming changes, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the change process. Conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of changes on individuals, teams, and processes, and develop tailored strategies to mitigate potential challenges and resistance. Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies resulting from organizational changes.

What You’ll Bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field 5 – 7 years of related work experience (communications and/or change management) Demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects. Experience managing the strategic development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive internal communications and change management program. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
