Job DescriptionDevelop and implement product strategies for contactless and chip consistent with business needs and company visionManage the processes associated with rolling out new capabilities in the Canadian marketSupport mobile wallet deployment and troubleshootingProvide SME support for cross-functional teams, assisting clients in implementing Visa’s authentication solutions and other productsSupport the internal operational teams in being the escalation point for problem resolution, while also working with local and global SME’s in devising long-term solutions and BAU processes to reduce incidents in new implementationsSupport Canadian rollouts on strategic initiatives, such as Visa Flexible Credential, Tap-to-Everything, Visa Passkeys, and digital IDs

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDUnderstanding of cryptographyUnderstanding on mobile wallet technology and/or tokenizationExperience in technical product managementProduct development skills with a sound understanding of payment technology and other ecosystem requirementsExcellent communication skills with organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and drive resultsAptitude to collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable and scalable payment solutionsAbility to think creatively to solve problemsUnderstanding of EMV is helpful but not required
