What We Need:

The Client Success team strives to be the best account services and partnership management team in the business. The team makes sure that our customers get the most value possible out of all the marketing opportunities iHeart offers. We oversee delivery of cross platform media campaigns that include audio, video, experiential and digital media as well as our signature events that include iHeart’s great on-air talent and major musical celebrities.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

Lead assigned accounts (90% to close) with a detail-oriented project management approach to keep cross-platform deliverables aligned across iHeartMedia talent components, on-site experiential, audio/video content, promotions, etc.Responsible for delivering best-in-class brand activations for assigned accounts that brings multi-platform campaigns & national event partnerships to lifePrimary client contact for post-sale programs. Schedule and lead all internal/external calls, communicate production timelines & deliverables, and overall ensure the iHR experience exceeds client expectationsResponsible for ensuring approved assets are created and trafficked and ensure we capture meaningful proof of performance for assigned campaignsContribute to regular leadership reporting on campaign wins & learnings to drive renewals and new businessOwn tracking of P&L of assigned partnerships and manage weekly reviewsAccountable for internal and external timelines, asset trackers, communications, and collaboration with applicable team membersConstant focus on client success through launch and executionProvide industry-leading post-campaign recaps by partnering with internal subject matter experts, and create comprehensive presentations, learnings, & recommendations

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

5+ years of Event Activation, Project Management or Client Relationship experienceCollaboratorMedia/agency industry experience requiredEffective written and verbal communication skillsSolutions-orientedCritical thinking skills requiredMust have strong project and portfolio management skillsExtremely detail-orientedStrong analytical skillsTravel required (approx. 10% of the year)

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
