Manage a team of 25employees and 25providers covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine Pediatrics.Daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Contribute to strategic planning of business units.Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices.Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management (emergency facilities support), where appropriate.This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. High school diploma plus five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience.Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
Bachelor's degree and/or completion of formal leadership training.Green or Black belt in Lean Six Sigma.Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
High school diploma plus five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience.Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
