Manager, Clinical Nutrition

The Clinical Nutrition Manager plans, directs and evaluates the work of clinical staff to include clinical dietitians, diet technicians and dietary clerks to insure standards of patient care and diet adherence is maximized. Functions as a part of management staff and is responsible for any programs related to the nutritional care of patients including menu system development and nutritional care objective. 

Develops, initiates and monitors the Nutrition Care department CQI program, introducing new tools and adjusting processes as necessary to guarantee excellence in nutrition care outcomes. 

Registration is required from the ADA. ServSafe Certificate or California Food Handlers Card. Four years working experience as a clinical dietitian, required. Supervisory experience is preferred
