**GREAT LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY** **MANAGER, CLINICAL OPERATIONS LEADER** The Manager, Clinical Operations Leader - Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) works closely with the Director Clinical Operations (DCO)- SNU, and SNU operational leadership, to attain key operational and strategic initiatives, drive execution and be accountable for results as measured for their service offices. Master’s degree preferred. + Holds a current nursing license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. + Minimum four (4) years clinical management/leadership role and experience in health care and/or home care setting. + Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills; able to develop and foster collaborative relationships. + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for use in communicating up, down and across the organization + Demonstrated record of goal achievement and ability to build high performing teams. + Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position. + Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. + Acceptable pre-employment assessment results. + Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way. + Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures. + Responsible to be the clinical strategic thought partner with SNU Directors striving to ensure best- in-class clinical and service excellence while advancing and achieving clinical and operational initiatives, metrics and outcomes. + Support the growth of SNU offices by assisting in the development of solutions to recruit, onboard and retain qualified clinical staff. + Build and maintain collaborative relationships with SNU service office teams providing clinical support, mentorship and leadership to ensure safe, high quality care and services are done in accordance with policy, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements. + Provide clinical support and consultation to SNU Directors on clinical issues, clinical triage and troubleshooting. + Guide, support and assist clinical leaders by: + Act as a resource and subject matter expert for clinical questions, issues and decision making. + Be a resource to clinical staff for Bayada policies clinical practice, federal, state regulations and accrediting agency requirements in the provision of clinical care and documentation for SNU clients. + Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure compliance of clinical staff with policies, standards of practice, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements for services. + Support, communicate, implement, and oversee clinical SNU initiatives in conjunction with Skilled Clinical Operations (SCO) and SNU leadership, service, support and business stakeholders. + Identify areas for improvement in clinical care and services within service offices within region; develop and oversee initiatives to address improvements; facilitate quality-improvement projects and support plans of corrections in collaboration with clinical and operational leadership. + Collaborate with regional team, DCO and SCO leadership to identify learning needs and participate in the implementation and support of enhanced education for SNU’s clinical staff. + Keep apprised of home care nursing trends, best practices, and regulatory and accrediting body requirements; communicate important changes to the Director Clinical Operations that may impact service office operations and/or strategy for the practice. + Represent the BAYADA SNU clinical programs internally and externally to educate and promote advocacy for Skilled Nursing Services.
