What You’ll Do: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in generating actionable insights to support our Amazon business and optimize performance across our portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating frameworks, executing reports, and interfacing with data science teams to enhance data analysis and reporting processes. Partner with the Online Data Science team to enhance retailer reporting, focusing on key metrics and improving ease of use for end-users. Work closely with leaders in Account Commercialization, Performance Marketing, and Supply Chain to automate brand- and leadership-facing reporting, streamlining processes and enhancing accessibility. Surface brand-specific and enterprise-level insights across all functions. Identify wins that can be leveraged for growth and areas of opportunity for improvement. Lead the integration of external data sources (such as Skai, Similarweb, Content Status, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Brand View Pro, and others) into regular reporting frameworks for brands and leadership. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders. Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of reporting initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs. Oversee multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Qualifications Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or a related field, focused in ecomm/retail environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools, and a strong understanding of data aggregation and reporting processes. Demonstrated ability to create and deploy automated reporting systems. Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights. Experience collaborating with data science teams and managing relationships with third-party AdTech partners. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
