Job DescriptionThis manager is responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area. As the primary level sales manager, the person in this position is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.Review and approve or reject sales agreements based on factors such as profitability.May have direct selling responsibility in key accounts.Coach and mentor sales representatives. Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
