Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:
This position is responsible and accountable for the execution of the critical business function of developing strategic and creative solutions for key clients that utilize EVERSANA services. This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by working with the business development team to develop solutions, understanding the competitive landscape and how it impacts our solutions, and creating integrated proposals to support the commercialization of a client’s product or products utilizing some or all of EVERSANA’s services. This position is expected to meet EVERSANA objectives, including but not limited to supporting revenue growth, developing solutions for new markets, providing guidance and support to the company’s leadership and commercial team, and delighting clients with innovative solutions that support their goals.

Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, with 5 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry.Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stageStrategic thinking and creativity to think “outside the box.”Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.Ability to get things done through influence.Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).The position requires occasional travel to EVERSANA facilities, clients and other industry events.

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,500 to $120,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
