Hilton South Asia’s Communications team is a part of a dynamic, global team of communicators who play an integral role in shaping the company’s storytelling – with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and purpose.
\nWe are seeking a Manager, Communications – South Asia (9 months’ contract) to join Hilton South Asia’s regional team and assist us in amplifying storytelling efforts for consumer brand building across the region. Given Hilton’s ambitious growth plans in the region, this role will be crucial in shaping and communicating our growth story through strategic PR and creative campaigns.
\nYou will work cross-functions simultaneously and support the South Asia’s Communications Lead in driving the strategic narrative of Hilton’s growth story and support the team in managing big moments for brand expansion in new markets, commercial activations and deliver impactful PR outcome.
\nThis role requires a communications practitioner with the ability to influence across all levels of our matrixed team, from local hotels to the senior executives. You will bring consumer storytelling expertise, media knowledge and creative writing skills. Prior experience of working in PR agencies across hospitality and consumer sector will be preferred.
\nThe role reports to the Director, Communications – South Asia, and will involve close collaborations with regional and Asia Pacific teams.

\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in a PR agency\nGood written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives\nTrack record of delivering integrated communications campaigns, successfully managing communications during times of crisis in a global and matrixed environment\nGood media relationships and sound understanding of media landscapes\nExperience managing internal and executive stakeholders\nExperience of working in or across multiple markets\nProficiency in one or more languages in addition to English will be a plus\nHighly collaborative and an ability to work with colleagues from different parts of the business and region\nTravel domestically up to 40%\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
