To provide transport office duties in overall transport operations with knowledge of MoveInSync, Centralized Command Operations Center & data analysis with problem solving skills as per organization requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall Transport operations round the clock 24/7Implementation of policies in force, as well as updating new policies to the concerned from time to timeEnsure all team members daily activities are carried out in a timely mannerTeam members Job assigning and shifts planningEnsure all operations related data backup is stored at shared foldersPlanning and executing of team schedules and attendance monitoringEnsure timely review of employee’s feedback and take necessary action to ensure employee satisfaction Ensure to conduct one-on-one meetings regularly with team membersEnsure all the team members along with contract resources are consistently demonstrating their job without any integrity issuesCollaborate with transport vendors to complete vehicle & driver induction as per process & ensure 100% complianceExecuting monthly vendors review meetingMonthly connect session, with the assigned, process and the managers, addressing their issues at the real time, and sharing the MOM to managers & store the same in shared share driveRegular interaction with service providers in terms of smooth operations and to handle escalationsEnsure incidents mails and reports are sent on time Business and Management in real time of the incidentPrepare monthly score card for all vendors to measure their performanceEnsure there is no impact on transport operations BCP situation & make sure vendors supported us in providing sufficient cabs Be proactive and use insights from industry and on ground situations to introduce and implement safety to check to minimize employee’s risk and operationsStay informed on RTA & Govt. policy rules & regulations and recommended changes to ensure compliance of vehicles & drivers for smooth operationsAs a people manager the person is responsible team growth and perform grooming / coaching to ensure the teamEnsure women employee safe travel and make sure security is provided while odd timingsEnsure every team member to comply with the Amazon policiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in employee transportation, commute program administration, or related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsKnowledge of local and regional transportation systems and regulationsLocation:
