Manager, Connectivity Programs

As the Manager of Connectivity Programs, you’ll be responsible for serving as a liaison between the client and the organization to facilitate and help implement cable and internet products and services that add value to the client.

 

This hybrid opportunity is based out of our Chicago corporate office.  

 

Your Responsibilities:

Provide cost savings analysis for clients demonstrating the value of offered internet and cable programs. Collaborate, provide leadership and act as liaison between clients and properties to understand the needs of the customer and to add value to the client. Conduct meetings and follow up with properties and clients on implementation of programs or related requests. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, develop improvement plans based on the customer’s feedback and make recommendations as necessary. Develop and conduct training on partner internet and cable programs through webinars or meetings. Collaborate and act as liaison with the management teams to ensure clients have awareness of our partner’s internet and cable programs and its benefits. Conduct research and develop and maintain relationship with partner internet and cable companies. Assist in the process of negotiating pricing with the partner cable companies on products and services as needed. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and three to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. 3 to 5 years’ experience working in community association management, homeowner’s associations, or a related field. Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.  Ability to work with confidential information Superior oral and written communication skills.

Compensation:

 

$ 70000 - $ 80000 / year
