Position Description
We are seeking a collaborative, curious, and highly motivated accounting professional who will play a critical role in leading our consolidation function. Working under the leadership of the Sr Director of Accounting and Reporting, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements using our One Stream financial system, assisting with technical accounting and audit matters, including those associated with M&A, participating in drafting SEC materials, serving as the subject matter expert over lease accounting, and supporting ad hoc technical accounting, FP&A and other finance related requests as they arise. You also will work collaboratively with teams across the organization, including Corporate FP&A, Opco Finance Teams, Investor relations, Tax, and Treasury. Career progression opportunities exist within the Corporate finance group as well as within the finance groups of our OpCos.
Candidate Profile and Responsibilities
Lead consolidation of the enterprise-wide financial results, including actuals, forecasts and budgets. Assist with preparation of the Company’s SEC filings, including footnotes Serve as the primary point of contact for lease accounting across the company, assisting Opcos with technical accounting and software assistance Prepare a quarterly analytical review of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for external Auditors Prepare foreign currency analyses including validation of the quarterly Cumulative Translation Adjustment (CTA) Support acquisition-related accounting and reporting activities including the review and tie-out of the purchase price allocation summary and the related ASC 805 valuation work Lead the annual impairment analysis for intangible assets and goodwill Lead or support ad-hoc requests for technical accounting requests for Corporate, Opco or M&A teamsQualifications

It is important that our candidate demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, an ability to operate both independently and in collaboration with Corporate Finance teams and OpCo Finance teams, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and continuously improve. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will also have/be:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field required Comfortable working in a highly decentralized environment 3-4+ years of progressive experience working across accounting and reporting processes, with public company experience being a plus Critical thinking and analysis skills with strong attention to detail Applied experience with the close cycle, lease accounting, or SEC reporting a plus Proficiency with financial reporting systems (OneStream preferred), Excel, and other systems used to perform business analysisNEWCO OVERVIEW
