  Construction Finance & Administration Manager (Internal)

Manage capital budgets from CEA submission through final budget closeout.Administer department expense, third party and business partner spend.Oversee processing of purchase orders and invoices with an approval limit of up to $75kEnsure paperwork compliance with statutory, lease and financial requirementsManage accounting processes (SAP reconcilation, reclasses, accruals and CEA revisions) Collaborate with business partners to provide insights on cost models and on general contractor and vendor administrative & financial performance Provide weekly updates on budget milestones and tenant allowance collection to DirectorConduct weekly touchbases, quarterly performance conversations, annual compensation conversations and off-cycle development reviews for 2 direct reports

Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $136,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.  The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
