JOB DESCRIPTION  This position requires an advanced knowledge of ReferenceConnect products, production procedures, and practices to maintain product integrity. It also requires effective communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts in a timely and appropriate manner, ability to handle confidential issues or material, and requires the ability to organize workloads to meet strict deadlines.    Core Requirements and Responsibilities:     Develop departmental goals, performance objectives and annual budget.  Be able to take on new products.  Make sure new and updated content is added to the library in a timely manner.  Coordinate and ensure processing standards are followed and maintained.  Maintain quality checks on all content going into the library prior to the build process.  Restructure library content (TOCS) as necessary.  Mentor production team managers when needed.  Effectively and fairly communicate as an established leader.  Respond to Support relative to user issues.  Perform other duties as required.      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:     Holds Themselves and Others Accountable - understands linkages between job responsibilities and overall organization goals and needs; takes ownership for personal decisions and actions; sets standards for accountability and ownership for team members.  Leading and Developing Others - develops and uses effective strategies and interpersonal skills to influence and guide others toward accomplishment of specific goals; creates and fosters continuous learning environment for team members.  Teamwork - willingly cooperates and works collaboratively toward solutions to accomplish Vertafore’s objectives.  Reputational Leadership - acts in accordance with standards for ethical judgment which are consistent with Vertafore’s stated values.
