Manager, Contractor Lead Generation
**_What’s the job?-_** **_**This role can sit remotely for the right candidate**_** The Manager, Contractor Lead Generation leads the CertainTeed EPS effort to develop a very high performing (as measured in the market against competitors in our specific product categories and all construction product manufacturers) Contractor Lead Generation program. -This manager works closely with Contractor Customers, Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing, EPS field sales, EPS Sales Leadership and select external vendors. -Within Contractor Engagement, this manager will work very closely with the Manager of Credentialing and the Manager of Contractor Marketing and Communication to make sure we are achieving the goal of building a lead generation program provides a significant number (as calculated on a monthly) of high quality (measured by contractor close rate – at least higher than 50%) leads.- **Responsible for:** - + Development and execution of CertainTeed EPS’ Contractor Lead Generation program- + Achieving goal of making the Contractor Lead Generation program competitive with the best lead generation programs in the market. -This will be measured by the number of leads per month to each high-level credentialed contractor and the close rate for each contractor on the leads we give them (at least greater than 50%) - + Develop the requisite metrics for the program- + Develop the ability to measure contractor close rate- + Leading Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing and all other involved departments (determine who needs to be involved) to establish, measure and improve the program- + Develop value communication program to Field Sales and High-Level Credentialed Contractors- + Determine Marketing requirements to drive Lead Generation program including Homeowner Marketing- - **_What do you bring?-_** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred + Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in marketing communications, marketing production or related field- + Minimum 7 years’ experience with lead generation programs - + Excellent analytical and organizational skills- + Excellent time management, comfortable multitasking- + Budget management and reporting skills- + Experience with digital design best practices a plus- + Strong written and verbal communication skills- + Experience in utilizing and maintaining web-based fulfillment and asset management tools a plus- + Fluency in Spanish a plus- - - **What are our perks?** We provide unique options to fit your unique lives!
