Position: Manager, Corporate Finance

Job Description:

As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategies and ensuring the alignment of financial initiatives with our overall business goals.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making for the corporate cost centers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for senior management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Participate in the development of financial strategies, long-term planning, and capital allocation decisions Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that could impact the company's financial position

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a strong plus 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or corporate finance Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and using financial software tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders Experience in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting financial due diligence Strong understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and industry dynamics Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor team members Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex financial projects Strong desire to build and lead cross-functional projects and workstreams – e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Ops, etc.

Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations  General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adaptive Insights, Oracle  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  Preferred - Data aggregation and building models via PowerBI Preferred - Knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting tools (e.g. NetSuite, Oracle EPM, Adaptive)  Preferred - Experience designing, implementing, and automating management reporting
