As a Manager in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be at the forefront of developing, and implementing financial, and business plans. You will prepare clear and illuminating reporting and mentorship for executive forums. Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, Engineering, and Operations leadership to assess and achieve financial targets and goals aligned with our company’s strategic plans.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain and improve the company’s long-range financial planning model to align with strategic goals and market conditions.
+ Prepare and deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis for executive and board-level decision-making.
+ Participate in company-level financial initiatives and analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
+ Offer detailed financial analysis to finance partners to optimize planning and operational decision-making.
+ Establish and monitor critical metrics and financial objectives, ensuring consistent measurement, reporting, and adherence to the planning calendar.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field OR equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years of finance-related experience.
+ 7+ years of strong financial modeling, and partner management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Post-graduate degree in Finance or Business is highly preferred.
+ Experience working in manufacturing industries.
+ Corporation or global organization experience.
