Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is looking for a skilled professional that could strengthen the organization’s brand in the Asia Pacific region to enhance corporate partners relationships, ensuring that corporate partners experience high-quality, and impactful interactions that foster long-term engagement and investment. The Manager, Corporate Partnerships role will be reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships, and this position will focus on positioning Habitat as a strategic partner for corporate social responsibility, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) alignment, and sustainability initiatives, driving meaningful outcomes that resonate with corporate values and priorities.
This position will be based in any of the other particular countries: Metro Manila, Philippines; Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong; and Geylang, Singapore. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. The successful candidate will be offered a local country-specific contract and will also receive a local country-based compensation. The work arrangement for this position is hybrid, and flex-time schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential corporate partners that can be approached for programmatic funding across the AP region.Roll out of priority account management with key strategic partners, assigning focal points, and developing partnership plans in close consultation with the AP Program and Communications team, and liaising with other Area offices and headquarters, with the objective of growing engagement and corporate funding for the region. This includes developing marketing materials, tailored programs that meet partner priorities, and submitting accurate reports and revenue forecasts.Research on strategic events across Asia Pacific that HFHI could leverage to increase its corporate outreach and identify new prospects. Support the AP network by defining best practices in partnership development, highlighting corporate partnerships, standardizing Habitat’s offer, and services, and strengthening the Organizations’ value proposition.Act as an Resource Development (RD) representative in all relevant internal meetings with other departments, emphasizing the importance of integrating corporate perspectives and priorities into program discussions related to brand development, events, and public relations. Advocate for adopting a selling mindset aligned with corporate values, ensuring that our organizational strategies resonate with corporate partners and effectively support our fundraising efforts in the corporate sector. Be responsible for following HFH Safeguarding Policy and Ethics Covenant & Code of Conduct standards and supporting implementation of these policy provisions.Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
Years of Related Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in donor relations and fundraising from corporations and high-profile donors
