Job Summary
The Manager of Operations Program Execution will oversee, organize, and maintain the effectiveness of core operational processes, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. This role engages directly with program leaders in key areas such as Fleet, Vendor Management, Safety, and Contracts, enabling our field services teams to deliver exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include developing and refining policies, procedures, and protocols; conducting data analysis; creating reports; and delivering on strategic annual goals. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate about leading teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in business programs.

Lead a program management team to achieve business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.Provide leadership, direction, and evaluation for team members, offering subject-matter expertise and coaching for ongoing operational and team improvement.Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to manage growth and sustain operations effectively.Build strong partnerships with cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals and establish, implement, and refine company policies, procedures, and department SOPs.Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, attending events to maintain a competitive edge.Partner with Program Managers to standardize processes and tools for consistent execution and support them in adhering to project management best practices and company policies.Establish and lead a Program Management function, including implementing tools for managing diverse projects.Work with leadership to prioritize projects and optimize resource utilization, delivering regular progress updates.Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience (minimum of 7 years) is acceptable.3–6 years of managerial experience, with demonstrated success in team and system building.Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies.Experience in Health & Safety practices is highly desirable.Disclaimer
