Position Purpose:
The Manager, Studio Operations role manages all aspects of the studio operations as they relate to the Carpentry, Paint, and Maintenance departments. This role supports the production of photo and video assets, ensures that production is fully supported in all areas as required by carpentry and paint, scheduling teams that build and finish studio sets, and facilitating material and supply acquisition as required. This role will work collaboratively with the management team to accurately schedule set construction timelines, assess capacity, and implement plans to ensure deadlines are met as scheduled. The Manager, Studio Operations will work to maximize use of existing studio sets, implement innovation in new set building techniques, maintain high production standards while working towards continuously improving studio production. In addition, this role supports the Maintenance Department by overseeing outside vendor relationships, facilitating acquisition of required Maintenance-related equipment and supplies as well as overseeing safety adherence by the Maintenance Department, as well as Carpenters and Painters. The Manager, Studio Operations must be an excellent multi-tasker, having a strong skillset that includes a combination of time management organization, mental agility, and the ability to easily delegate and supervise tasks. Experience in studio management and/or the home-improvement industry is highly preferred.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience leading teams: experience in construction, facility/maintenance, studio production or home-improvement related retail environment preferred
Experience leading teams, driving efficiencies while meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals
Experience with scheduling projects with a deadline-driven focus
Experience in or knowledge of the home-improvement industry
Experience in safety training, implementing safety protocol and safety standard adherence
Highly collaborative, open, and transparent
