Manager, Customer Coverage Strategy

Postion Details:

You will assist in the development of strategic frameworks, models, approaches, and strategies to accelerate profitable growth in multi-year timelines in direct sales channels.  Research to support Design, Development, Testing, and implementation of these strategies. Partner with Coverage operations to baseline, evaluate, and improve analytical models and standard work to drive execution of strategies .

 

You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Coverage Strategy.

 

You Will:

Partner with cross functional teams in the understanding of current market state and opportunity. Research internal and external practices, and approaches.  Build understanding of strengths and opportunities of approaches.  Support teams in the development of frameworks, models and approaches to create, test, and if appropriate implement new approaches.   Partner with specific teams in research, analytics and development, testing and prioritization of new concepts.  Ensure use of appropriate metrics, assumptions, hypothesizes. Participate with  teams in the assessment of results and plans.  Contribute in the development of insights and plans.

 

You Have:

MBA preferred Prior experience in consulting with development of hypothesis based approaches, frameworks and executive level presentations Analytical chops and know-how in building data-driven decision and measurement/ testing systems  Proven experience working with large multi-channel B2B organizations  Strategic aptitude, clear thinking, and great decision making. Ability to support communications for senior leadership   Cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills  Experience in defining customer research and synthesizing learnings for developing customer strategies
