This role is responsible for failure analysis and repair of customer returns, as well as debugging and correcting failures of terminals, antennas, subsystems, and circuit cards that fail during factory testing.  KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team to complete multiple projects simultaneously.Prioritize projects based on customer and manufacturing needs.Perform root cause analysis on failure modes of complex systems. Organize and present data on failure modes and key findings. Develop and document processes related to DEBUG and RMA activities. Identify potential reliability issues to improve the design of future products. Work closely with engineers in other departments to report and solve problems in a timely manner. Utilize team strengths to assign tasks for quicker turnaround.Incorporate cross-training to build a stronger team and enhance teamwork.Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality assurance.  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Three or more years of experience leading teams and projectsFive or more years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic systems, such as personal computers with multiple intercommunicating firmware setsSoldering process and cable manufacturing experience a plus Network troubleshooting experience is a plus   EDUCATION  BS or higher degree in engineering or physics COMPENSATION  Kymeta is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In the spirit of pay transparency, we have determined the salary range for this position to be $100,000 - $150,000. This is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would be atypical, in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and geography. The total compensation package for this position includes an annual target bonus of 10%, stock options, and benefits listed below.
