What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:
Lead the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle marketing, crafting data-driven journeys that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty for domain-led and website builder customers.
Own the end-to-end customer experience, optimizing touchpoints from onboarding to cross-sell/upsell opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of the journey.
Utilize segmentation, personalization, and behavioral insights to deliver highly targeted and impactful campaigns.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align customer communications with business goals and optimize messaging across channels (email, in-app, SMS).
Leverage customer insights, NPS scores, and customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and increase lifetime value.
·Develop reporting and performance metrics to track the success of customer journey initiatives and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed:
4+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
Proven ability to drive customer engagement and retention strategies using segmentation and personalized marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact, with strong project management skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, working towards a unified customer experience.
Strong communication skills, with a passion for understanding customer behavior and delivering value-driven solutions.
