We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Customer Marketing Activation to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to market our compelling customer stories across various channels. You will highlight our customers' success through multiple platforms, including events, social media, brand campaigns, analyst relations (AR), public relations (PR), earnings reports, and press releases working closely with customers. This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase the impact of Salesforce solutions on businesses and their customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Pitch and secure leading customer brands to participate in multi-channel co-marketing campaigns to reinforce their market leadership and how Salesforce played a role. Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers to ensure a successful partnership with swift approvals.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members to make customer story recommendations for activations that align with broader business goals and resonate across various platforms and audiences. Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment.Independent and Adaptable: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, keeping up with industry trends and technological advancements. Proficient in customer communication, skilled in handling objections, and adept at finding win-win scenarios through understanding and negotiation.


Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer advocacy, brand management, or relationship managementProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholdersStrong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiencesProven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, events, and PRExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in the technology or software industry is a plusDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

This role is hybrid role and works in the office 3 days per week.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $182,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $182,600.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
