The North America team is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the **Customer Service Team** as a **Customer Service Manager** based in **Assumption, IL** . As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Customer Service Department. Duties of the role include daily coordination of department activities, data driven performance planning and tracking, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to deliver best in class customer service.

+ Build long term relationships with customers to develop trust, resolve conflicts, and represent their views within the organization.
+ Use problem-solving skills to eliminate barriers for Customer Service and our customers.
+ Help develop and execute process changes to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Lead strategic data driven actions that produce positive business results and create sustained progress within the Customer Service Team.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree required.
+ 5+ years experience in customer facing position.
+ Proven success in managing and building a high performing team.
+ Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders.
+ Ability to stay focused on multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
