Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to ensure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform is supported and maintained, specifically tailored to Reddy Ice's unique business requirements. The role will focus on all D365 modules (CE, F&O/FSC and others as identified by the leadership). The role will interact with business stakeholders to manage service expectations and collaborate with outsourced vendors to ensure SLA adherence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage D365 Platform StrategyDesign and implement a comprehensive platform management strategy that includes internal functions, external third-party vendors, and ISV software, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among various stakeholders.Influence the definition of application architecture and design to enhance overall performance. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to create robust, scalable, and efficient applications that align with Reddy Ice's technology goals.Manage D365 Application ServiceEstablish a shared services approach to provide appropriate support to functional teams, ensuring that operational needs are met, and the implementation of systems is smooth.Develop a technical support and operations strategy that addresses the unique needs of cross-functional applications. Align this strategy with the requirements and strategic goals of multiple business objectives.Manage Improvements to Business Solutions and RoadmapTake ownership of performance optimization efforts across applications. Identify areas for improvement, make necessary changes hands on and drive initiatives that enhance the speed, efficiency, and responsiveness of the organization's software system.Actively participate in projects involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to ensure successful project outcomesManage Vendors & PartnersOversee the performance and delivery of outsourced vendor teams, ensuring that vendor services meet agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and exceptional customer service and high performance are consistently achieved.Manage Compliance and ReportingCompile an operating (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budget for the services and projects planned for the year.Achieve exceptional customer service, high performance, and the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) from outsourced vendors, maintaining positive and productive client relationships.CONTACTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Computer Science or related degree preferred.ITIL v3 / 4 Foundation Certification preferred.5+ years’ experience in application maintenance and support3+ years’ experience in D365 platform supportExperience with associated tools and technologies supporting Dynamics 365 F&O/FSC, CE, Power Platform, Dual Write, Azure Functions, Dataverse, DevOps and AzureSKILLS & ABILITIES
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies such as Microsoft Life Cycle Solutions, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dual-write, DevOps, and Azure Functions. Capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing solutions efficiently.
Leadership: Inspires and motivates teams to achieve high performance. Capable of providing clear direction, support, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Project Management: Effectively plans, executes, and oversees projects from inception to completion. Demonstrates the ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Committed to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Capable of driving innovation and adopting best practices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
No travel is required for this position. Typical office environment, generally sedentary position using computers, phones and other office equipment. This position works in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. The ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships, and reason through complex situation is essential
