As the Manager, Data Enablement & Analytics, you will understand that data is the key to the future success of the company, and this role is essential to ensuring we have reliable data insights to inform business decisions at every level. This position will be responsible for developing a strategy to ensure our processes and systems are set up to create the data insights the business is looking for. The key to success in this role is creating a data environment that produces reliable insights in every area of the business.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead a team of data analysts to provide accurate, timely and useful data insights to all areas of the business.Work with key stakeholders across the company to improve processes and software applications to capture the data in the easiest to use in the most useful way possible.Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure high integrity in our data, improve the consistency of data across all applications, and reduce duplication of data as much as possibleProactively tackle areas of the business where data analysis is incomplete, overly onerous to generate or non-existentServe as the expert and leader of our Tableau content creation, including reducing the duplication of dashboards, reports and analysis. Develop dashboards that tell a clear story of what is happening within the business, and answering additional questions that the analysis createsCreate automated reporting to help our business leaders manage their work in a more efficient and data-driven mannerLearn all areas of the business in order to build data visualizations that answer questions and drive actionsKnowledge and Experience:
5-7 years of experience in data management, governance or analysisPrior experience with educating and training analysts and business users on data processes and standardsMinimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of peopleBA in business, data management, information systems or any other relevant field of workExperience working in a manufacturing company preferableSkills/Abilities:
Advanced user of TableauStrong presentation skillsVery detail oriented, with solid analytical skillsAbility to lead projects and work cross-functionallyProven ability to document data governance principles and standardsSalary and Benefits:
$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
