Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Manager, Data Management to join their team. As a Manager, Data Management, you will be part of the data management department supporting a collaborative team of analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to manage teams, and a commitment to data integrity, which will align successfully in the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Data Management is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and material master data, pricing execution, sales data intake, contract data management, material data synchronization, and electronic data interchange (EDI) for Health Science Medical Nutrition. This role involves managing a team of five analysts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of customer and material master data, pricing execution, sales data intake, contract data management and communication, material data synchronization, electronic data interchange (EDI) and Vistex material master data
• Assure accurate and timely submission of sales data from distributors for Nestlé hospital, home care, long term care and e-Commerce customers.
• Assure proper setup and maintenance of distributor and customer accounts.
• Assure pricing is loaded accurately and pricing issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Enforce data governance and control standards.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Manage team performance, to create a winning culture.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage team of 5 analysts and sr. analysts
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of related job experience with process, control and data management.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience managing small to medium sized teams, with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly effective communicator who has excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle conflict and competing priorities while aligning resources accordingly.
• High level of proficiency in a variety of applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in master data management concepts, including data quality reporting and data governance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Working knowledge of SAP, Vistex, and Power BI reporting.
• Experience with large ERP system implementations, enhancement projects and/or process support.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry, including working closely with GPOs and Healthcare distribution companies.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Travel required: 5% of time
