We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Delivery Lead to join our HR team. As a Data Science Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our HR processes and decision-making at scale.
Role:
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven HR solutions.
•\tWork closely with data scientists to develop and refine algorithms, models, and analytics solutions that improve HR processes and decision-making.
•\tLead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, launch and metering.
•\tExecute prioritized projects on time within budget and with appropriate data governance approvals.
•\tBuild realistic project timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
•\tPrioritize product requirements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
•\tLiaise between business and data science team as requirements translator.
•\tDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data-driven HR products.
•\tThought leadership - stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data science and HR technology.
All About You:
•\tProven experience as a Data Scientist, Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on delivering data-driven products and solutions at scale in organizations.
•\tStrong understanding of data science concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
•\tProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
•\tExperience working with data visualization tools and platforms.
•\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•\tStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•\tAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•\tBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
•\tKnowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
