Manager, Data Strategy and Operations
Job Description The Sr. Manager, Data Strategy and Operations will lead the organizations data initiatives and be responsible for developing and executing data strategies, managing data operations, and ensuring the effective use of data across the organization. This person will be responsible for the following: - Building out the team and processes to make an impactful difference for the organization - Technology selection need someone to come and really build out the data ecosystem from the group up and ensuring the right technology is in place someone who has done this before would be ideal. Currently has AWS S3, BI tool for reporting, and Mongo DB. - Leading a large offshore team of 15-20 people and 1 person onshore - Building out a team (currently 1 person goal to build out to 6 by end of 2026). - Taking data and transforming it into solutions for customers - Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholder - deciding if we stay as the core, IT Data Team and make the data platform at an enterprise level or do we silo for the connective product space making key decisions like this.
