Manager, Dealer Marketing / Coop, North America

We’re looking for a driven and self-reliant individual to join BRP’s North America Dealer Marketing Team as Dealer Marketing, COOP Manager for North America. In this role, you will report to the North America Dealer Marketing/COOP Director, and act as a central figure in supporting dealers in their marketing strategies and developing BRP’s turnkey regional dealer marketing campaigns and initiatives. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to elevating our game in the way we support our dealers and are easy to do business with. You’ll be supervising the team in planning and executing projects that are part of the local strategy, supporting the dealers with marketing tools, COOP programs, and digital marketing services.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

\n\nLead a team of professionals working to develop and implement plans designed to meet regional dealer reality and bring traffic to dealerships.\nWork closely with your team, our dealers, regional sales and retail operation teams to develop comprehensive dealer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing retail performance and market share in specific markets or regions.\nManage relationships with our sales/retail ops teams, media agency, and internal partners in global and marketing shared services teams with a collaborative mindset.\nLeverage the right people, knowledge, skills, data and insights to build strong regionalized plans.\nPartner with the Sales team to ensure dealer marketing programs are adopted, communicated, and shared throughout the dealer network.\nOversee the enrolment of BRP dealers in our turnkey dealer marketing campaigns on a yearly basis and lead COOP budget planning and tracking.\nProvide monthly updates on dealer campaign performance to our internal stakeholders.\n\n

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications.\nAt least 10 years of experience in a marketing or go-to-market role (sales programs, marketing campaigns, strategy and analytics) and a strong interest in retail tactics.\nStrong project and budget management skills with the ability to prioritize between multiple projects, track individual projects and deliver on commitments.\nCandidate MUST be very proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nAn excellent communicator, both spoken and written.\nThe ability to speak and write in English to understand the needs of dealers outside Quebec and create marketing content for a monolingual English-speaking audience.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and with a variety of individuals and departments across functions and regions.\nBuilder mindset: able to navigate complexity to create the future.\nGo-getter: capable of achieving results on what you set out to do.\nKey business instincts: understanding the company’s vision and mission and translating them into a plan at your level.\nAn analytical mind and the ability to slice and dice data to extract insights, synthesis and communicate findings.\nA team player, who is self-motivated and capable of motivating others.\nAn understanding of how to lift people up (engagement, empowerment, recognition).\nRequired to work onsite in the Sherbrooke office, with the flexibility of teleworking two days per week.\nRequired to travel and visit dealers at least once per quarter.\n\n

ASSETS:

\n\nWork experience within a media agency, dealership; powersports or automotive industry.\nMust be comfortable working in dynamic and agile environments.\nThe ability to speak and write in French.\n\n
