Principal responsibilities:
Lead and drive FX growth initiatives, driving customers’ preference and active FX customer base of Hang Seng everyday banking servicesDevelop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions to drive business growthCollaborate with various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on FX servicesKeep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our FX services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunitiesPrepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior managementA Career with Hang Seng Bank
