Manager, Destination Marketing UK&I

The Manager will be responsible for defining, creating, and delivering exceptional data driven, customer centric solutions that drive competitive commercial advantage for our hotels and ownership groups within a specific region. 

\n

Crucial to this role is executing the Destination Marketing and eCommerce strategy in support of the defined region. Responsibilities will include: 

\n

•                     Delivering the strategy and approach for defined destination(s), customer segments and origins

\n

•                     Driving Marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets

\n

•                     Supporting in-market relationships with the likes of partners and DMOs to improve effectiveness of Marketing activities

\n

•                     Take ownership of measuring and reporting on regional performance. Communicate findings from data analysis within the UKI team and with hotel-level and above property contacts.

\n

•                     Effective collaboration and partnership with hotel-level destination contacts as well as central teams

\n

•                     Responsible for maintaining and optimising presence and performance of hotel-level digital efforts

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

Support the delivery of the annual country plan and strategy, including offline and digital destination-specific campaigns throughout the year, leveraging Brand, Enterprise or Partnership campaigns wherever possible and adapting to business needs as they arise. 

\n

•                     Plan and execute cross-departmental campaigns

\n

•                     Support development of Marketing Plans as initiated by Director/Senior Manager Destination Marketing

\n

•                     Manage resources and budget for the region

\n

•                     Liaise with the relevant teams for campaign execution

\n

•                     Develop positive local partner, agency and hotel relationships

\n

•                     Act as a liaison with Hotel Marketing & Regional Marketing & eCommerce Services

\n

•                     Deliver reporting on a weekly, month, quarterly and adhoc basis across the business

\n

•                     Create and deliver presentations and destination performance reports as required (ensuring efficiency with PowerPoint and Teams / general presentation skills)

\n

•                     Engage and support an entrepreneurial and agile team culture.

\n

 

What are we looking for?

•                     BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or experience in lieu of

\n

•                     Data Analysis experience

\n

•                     Project management experience

\n

•                     Marketing experience

\n

•                     Hospitality experience

\n
