What you’ll do?

Drive revenue & profitability performance for Hotel vertical for targeted markets: South East Asia

Lead initiatives and work with the market development team to drive product performance metrics such as conversions, inventory availability, margins and destination’s overall profitability. 

Collaborate with BD teams to align acquisition priorities and secure supplier privileges to improve product competitiveness

Work with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns as well as to develop supply strategies to improve marketing efficiency and ROI. 

Work with Hotel vertical planning team and tech product team to improve user booking experiences towards the focus markets and drive features to boost revenue performance 

Work with the Hotel vertical planning team on their initiatives and BD teams to improve service quality for better customer experience. 

What you’ll need?

5 - 8 years in strategy or growth operations in industries like travel, ecommerce, online travel agency or tech startups

Strong analytical skills. Excel and SQL proficiency highly preferred

Track record and direct experience in building financial simultaitons, modeling and projections models 

Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred

Experience in travel products such as Airline, Hotels, Car Rental business is a plus

Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus

Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones

Bachelor's degree or above
