About You

As a Digital Designer on the UX team you’ll be part of a team that’s been recognized by Fast Company as one of the most innovative in the world. The Digital Designer collaborates with Brand, UX and Marketing to design graphics across all our e-commerce properties: web, mobile apps, and digital experiences in retail spaces. You’re a passionate visual designer who understands UX and the unique needs of the digital space.

Design graphics for digital properties include mobile, web, kiosk, digital menu boards, email, etc.Partner closely with brand and marketing teams to define look and feel of seasonal brand storiesDevelop and synthesize A/B testing results to help drive forward digital design directionDevelop, conduct and analyze user research and use insights & data to help drive forward product visionProvide visual design for UX deliverables and emails based on researchCollaborate on the development and implementation of brand standards in digital propertiesEnsure projects are delivered in a timely manner and align with brand standardsClearly organize and present designs and projects to any level of the organizationEncourage healthy debate and facilitate conversation with recognition for the value of diversity and thought expressionBuild relationships and trust between disciplinary teamsGive and solicit feedback from peers and mentors. Encourage honest feedbackStrong interpersonal skills, communicating clearly with various stakeholders and both responding to and providing constructive feedbackStrong time-management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and meet production schedulesQualifications (Education & Experience)
5+ years visual design for digital experiencesA portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of the principles of visual design and their application in the digital spaceAn understanding of User Experience PracticeFamiliarity with Human Centered Design and Design Thinking principlesAbility to facilitate a high-morale, motivating team environmentAbility to manage multiple, competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, team-player, and an ability to work independently but fueled by collaborative environmentsComfort level working remotely and/or in a hybrid remote/in-person fashionCandidates must share a portfolio of user experience and/or visual design work to be considered for the role.
